Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We specialize in creating custom-made items, including stickers, decals, signs, and promotional products, made specifically for your needs. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we have a strict policy regarding returns and refunds.
Custom and Made-to-Order Products: All of our products are made to order and are custom-designed specifically for each customer. As a result, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds unless the item is defective, damaged during shipping, or an error was made by us in production.
Defective or Damaged Items: If your item is defective or arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it, either by sending a replacement or offering a partial refund, depending on the situation.
Customer Errors (Spelling, Design, etc.): We carefully create each product based on the details provided by you. Please ensure that all spelling, design elements, and other information you submit are correct before confirming your order. We are not responsible for errors that are made due to incorrect information provided by the customer, including spelling mistakes, wrong design choices, or incorrect customization details. Spelling errors or other issues caused by the customer's input will not qualify for a return or refund.
Order Confirmation: Before your item is made, we provide a confirmation of your order, which includes details about the customization. It is your responsibility to review and approve the information. Once you approve the design, the item will be processed and created according to the specifications.
Exchanges: Since all of our products are custom-made, exchanges are also not possible unless there is an error made by us during the production process.
Shipping and Handling: Shipping times may vary based on product type and order volume, but we will provide an estimated shipping window when you place your order. Once shipped, please allow standard shipping times for delivery.
