1. Processing Time All of our products are custom-made based on your specifications. Therefore, our processing time varies depending on the complexity of the order. On average, our production time is between 7-10 business days. Once your order is processed and ready for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

2. Shipping Methods and Rates We offer several shipping methods to meet your needs, including standard, expedited, and priority shipping options. Shipping rates are calculated based on your order's size, weight, and destination.

  • Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 3 business days

4. International Shipping We are pleased to offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the destination and chosen shipping method. 5. Shipping Address It is essential that you provide an accurate and complete shipping address at the time of your order. We are not responsible for delays or mis-deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible to make corrections before the order is shipped.

6. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your package through the carrier’s tracking system.

Please note that it may take up to 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after the shipment has been processed.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in the hands of the carrier. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim. We recommend selecting shipping methods with tracking and insurance for valuable or high-cost items.

8. Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide photos of the damage and your order number so we can resolve the issue, either by sending a replacement or offering a partial refund.

9. Order Tracking Issues If you experience issues with tracking, please check the carrier’s website for updates or contact us for assistance. Once the carrier has confirmed delivery, we are unable to take further action regarding the shipment.

10. Shipping Delays We strive to ensure that all orders are shipped promptly; however, shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for delays once your package has been shipped. We recommend placing orders in advance to account for potential delays.
