Payments must be made in full at the time of order. All prices are subject to change without notice, but the price at the time of purchase will be honored.
5. Order Confirmation Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing the details of your purchase. It is your responsibility to verify that the information provided is accurate. If you notice any mistakes, please contact us immediately before production begins.
6. Production and Delivery Once your order is confirmed, we will begin production. Lead times may vary depending on the complexity of your order. We provide an estimated shipping date at the time of purchase, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.
7. Returns and Refunds Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is defective or damaged during shipping. If you believe you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for resolution. Customer errors (e.g., spelling mistakes or incorrect specifications) do not qualify for returns or refunds.
8. Cancellations You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as production has not yet begun. After this time, we are unable to cancel or modify your order, as production may already be in progress.
9. Intellectual Property All designs, logos, graphics, and content on our website are the intellectual property of Print Squad and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. By placing an order, you grant us permission to use your provided designs and text for the creation of your customized product.

We make no warranties or representations regarding the quality, functionality, or accuracy of our products and services.
